The location was fantastic and beautiful, to highest tower with easy access to a shopping area and a market. The breakfast was extensive and absolutely stunning and offered a great selection of great food.

Staff here are really friendly and make you feel welcome. The vibe is modern and I loved the indoor pool. The drinks at the main bar were top-notch! 🍹

Very helpful staff (especially the concierge) , excellent pool and fitness facilities. Roof top bar is also very special with excellent service. Overall a very good 4 star hotel

As is the custom in Vietnam - restaurant closes at 21:00 but room services is available.

Impressive stay, they were so helpful with everything. the rooms were classy and practical. It's right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle, ideal for exploring around. the rooftop bar had good prices 💸.

Current renovation activities means it is noisy during the day. We could not stay in our room more than 15 minutes at a time during the day.

The Lake view

Room was out-dated. Not up to the standards of other Sofitels

The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. One staff member, Mr Thanh, even greeted me by name and provided personalized assistance throughout my stay. The hotel itself had a beautiful Asian Zen decor and my room had breathtaking views of the lakes and temples. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight, with its panoramic city view and delicious meals. Despite being located in a seemingly remote area, the hotel is easily accessible to major tourist attractions. The indoor pool and gym facilities were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable experience in Hanoi.

Everything was brilliant, great location, beautiful view from our room, staff was very friendly and helpful. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip in Vietnam!

The view here is incredible and the staff are always very helpful and attentive.

The hotel was big, with pleasant staff and marvellous location very close to the “ Hop On Hop Off ” bus stop. The check-in was efficient, we liked main bar. Lobby had a cafe. Location: the property was right by a shopping area, all local attractions and restaurants and halal restaurants.

Location of this hotel is far from down town. Less than half room have got lake vew. Lake is rather dirty.

Good fitness center.

Located next to a serene lake, many historic sites and the tourist area are easily accessible from the hotel. Guests praise the impeccable room conditions, comfortable bedding, well-equipped bathroom, and exceptional customer service. the Club Floor experience is highly recommended for those seeking extra pampering. Breakfast offers delicious, varied options. the glass elevator provides a wonderful view, while some rooms offer a breathtaking view of the temple and the city.

One guest mentioned that the rugs in their room looked old and had a few stains, but that did not affect their overall experience.

The hotel has a stunning view from its windows over the West Lake. The room was very comfortable and clean.

The hotel is quite far from the city center, so you either have to be prepared for long walks or for paying for a taxi. The jacuzzi and steam room area was a bit destroyed and seemed to be quite dirty as well.

The facility in the room is rather old.
